Welcome to Heatherlea’s online shop where you can place grocery orders for delivery to the GTA and surrounding area.  Your products are secure and safely kept at controlled temperatures.  Our local delivery partner has the capability of keeping your fresh products cold and your frozen products frozen.

Our professional delivery drivers will set your packages in front of your door and then step away so that you can retrieve them.  Being home for your delivery prevents theft and ensures your packages remain temperature safe.

When do I have to have my order in by? Orders are due each Monday for delivery that week. Please note order cutoff days may change in the future.

What is the minimum order for delivery? Minimum order amount is $50 for delivery.

Do you offer free delivery? We are offering introductory free delivery on orders over $150 and a reasonable fee for orders between $50 and $149.99.

What day of the week do you deliver? At the moment, all deliveries are on Wednesday’s or Thursday’s. Our delivery partner will contact you the day prior to delivery.

What time will my order arrive? Deliveries are made on Wednesday or Thursday from morning to 8 pm in the evening. Our delivery partner will contact you the day prior to delivery and give you a 2-hour delivery window. As the driver approaches your delivery location, you will receive a text/email with and estimated delivery time plus tracking info!

Do I need to be home to receive my order? Yes. You will need to be home to receive your order. This ensures we get your products to you safely and prevents porch theft.

What if I am not home to receive my order? The driver will will not leave the package at your door. They will attempt to contact you by phone. If the delivery cannot be made, the package will be returned to our partners refrigerated/frozen storage. Other arrangements will be made for you to receive your package.

What are the Covid-19 delivery protocols? Deliveries are contactless.  Our drivers wear gloves, a mask and use hand sanitizer between each delivery. Our Driver will place the product on a slip sheet (to avoid product contacting the ground) on the customer’s front step, ring the doorbell and back up 2 metres.  When the customer accepts the product, the Driver records the person’s name as the proof of delivery.

Are your meats fresh or frozen? We will do our best to offer our beef as fresh. Chicken and pork will be frozen. If you have a preference for fresh or frozen, please leave us a note and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I make requests for items that are not on the website? Yes, you can make special requests in the comment box at checkout. We will do our best to fulfill these requests (although we can’t guarantee it). If we are able to fulfill your request, we will send you a link to make payment for the additional item(s). If your order ends up being over $150, we can refund the delivery fee.

Are your online prices different from in-store? Our in-store and online stores function independently, so please note that you may find prices are different between them.

Will you deliver café food? No, at this time we will not be delivering café food.  If you have selected café food, your only option at checkout is in-store pick up.
