For Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas we take orders for fresh, local, free-run turkeys. Raised on a family farm, these birds are well cared for with fresh air and room to roam! This small, hands-on family raises them from one-day pullet right through to your plate, so you can rely on their outstanding taste, freshness, and nutrition.
We also have fresh smoked hams in the shoppe for the holidays. Our favourite is the country ham – your traditional smoked, bone-in, skin-on ham. In addition, we carry Blackforest hams, mini hams, and trophy hams (boneless, skinless).
Finally, we offer a full plate of other festive meat options and accompaniments – from our very own gravy and cranberry sauce to delicious side dishes and a wide selection of desserts!

Since this is a busy time for everyone (including the farm shoppe!), we unfortunately cannot accept changes or additions past Friday, September 28th. We will accept additional turkey orders beyond Friday, September 28th, while supplies last.
Looking for other products? There will be lots available on a first come, first serve basis at the butcher shop and bakery during the holidays. Unfortunately, we cannot accept orders for catering or cooked meats over the holiday season. Thank you for your patience & support!
Plan for approximately 1 lb per guest (or more if you would like lots of leftovers). For smaller turkeys (11-14 lbs) allow for 1.5 lbs per person.
