Looking for a delicious dip to take to your next party? Look no further than this Four Cheese Buffalo Chicken Dip! This dip is packed with protein and flavor, and everyone will love it. We’ve added four different kinds of cheese to give it an extra boost of flavor, and the green onions add a touch of freshness. Serve this dip with tortilla chips or celery sticks and it will be gone in no time!

 

This recipe uses a couple cups of shredded chicken.  That means this is a great way to use leftovers.  Try roasting a whole chicken for dinner and using the leftovers to make this dip!

Buffalo Chicken Dip on a tortilla chip

Four Cheese Buffalo Chicken Dip

 

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup sour cream

½ cup ranch dressing

½ cup Frank’s RedHot Sauce

1 tsp kosher salt

2 cups cooked, shredded chicken

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/3 cup blue cheese, crumbled

2 tbsp sliced green onions

Tortilla chips, crackers, crostini or sliced veggies for serving

 

Directions

 

Preheat the oven or grill to 350˚F

 

Using a stand mixer with a paddle attachment, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing, Frank’s RedHot Sauce, and salt.

 

Fold in the chicken, mozzarella cheese, and cheddar cheese. Transfer the Buffalo Chicken Dip to a medium-sized cast iron pan.  Top with the crumbled blue cheese.

 

Place the cast iron pan in the oven or grill with the lid closed and cook until the dip is bubbling. Garnish the top with sliced green onions.

 

Enjoy the Buffalo Chicken Dip with tortilla chips, crackers, crostini or sliced veggies.
