Sugarbush Maple Syrup Festival Caledon

Local Things To Do
Maple Syrup Harvest

A longstanding spring tradition for many families is to celebrate maple syrup season in Caledon.  Maple syrup festivals create great memories of fresh air, sweet maple tastings, and quality time with your family. You can also celebrate the maple syrup harvest by bringing the experience home with some sweet treats by local producers.

As the days get longer and the sun is warmer, the sap starts flowing for the yearly harvest. Maple syrup farms will harvest maple sap typically from early March to late April (about 4-6 weeks). This makes March Break a great time to enjoy maple products or visit a sugarbush maple syrup festival! The 2024 March Break runs from Monday, March 11th – Friday, March 15th.

You can also warm up with a latte or hot chocolate.
