Simple Steak Spice Rub

A steak rub is essentially a blend of spices and herbs that are rubbed onto the surface of the steak before cooking. Not only does it add flavor to the meat, but it also helps to create a delicious crust on the outside of the steak when it’s cooked.

One of the great things about a steak rub is that it’s completely customizable. You can experiment with different spices and herbs to create your own unique blend that suits your personal taste preferences.
